Service users’ experiences of Pharmacy First

We are conducting an independent evaluation of the Pharmacy First programme in England and would like to hear from people who have used the service. If you’ve accessed Pharmacy First, we invite you to take part in a confidential interview. Your views will help shape and improve NHS pharmacy care.
The interview will last up to one hour, and as a thank you for your time, you will receive a £25 voucher.

- Adults who accessed Pharmacy First in England.

The study has been approved by the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine ethics committee and the Health Research Authority in May 2024.
About the researcher
Agata is a sociologist interested in the social and cultural dimensions of health, with a particular focus on understanding and bringing in the perspectives of marginalised populations.
